INCLUSIVE GOVERNANCE

  • Formation and training of community Development Committees (CDCs) drawn from all identifiable groups and individuals in the community to ensure equal opportunity of all to participate in the development efforts of the community
  • Training in community resource identification and mobilization and development of Community Action Plans (CAPs).

SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

FINANCIAL INCLUSION

  • Achieving the financial inclusion of marginalized rural populations through the implementation of Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs)
  • Linking mature VSLAs to formal financial institutions

LIVELIHOOD ENHANCEMENT

  • Micro-Enterprise Training and Market Linkage
  • Formation of Cooperatives and Associations
  • Women’s empowerment activities

EDUCATION

  • Provision of Educational Infrastructure in rural communities
  • Provision teaching and learning materials
  • Provision of vocational training for out-of-school youth

ORPHANS AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN

  • Identification of orphans and vulnerable children in rural communities
  • Support packages for orphans and vulnerable children based on identified need.

WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH)

  • Sensitization and training on water, sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Provision of water and sanitation facilities for rural communities
